Mazda R100 "TUKNLO" Rotary Wiring Build
This Mazda R100, "TUKNLO," came in for a complete motorsport electrical system built from scratch. The car is a high-end rotary build, so the brief was a harness that disappears into the car: fully wire-tucked front to rear, so the craftsmanship of the build takes centre stage with no visible wiring detracting from it. The system runs a Haltech Nexus R5 and PD16 power distribution module, which together handle engine management and circuit protection without conventional relays and fuses, with live monitoring across the car. Every circuit was planned for clean routing, simplified diagnostics, and room to expand later.
