Who do you typically work with?
Our customers are owners of 4x4 vehicles (utes, large SUVs and similar), as well as performance and project car builders. We focus on high-power, high-speed builds and tend to step away from the generic everyday vehicle.
What kind of jobs do you not take on?
We're upfront about the work that isn't a fit for our workshop. Smaller diagnostic jobs sit outside what we take in, including non-functioning headlights or brake lights, intermittent starting faults, dash warning lights (engine, ABS, stability control and similar), door lock and window switch issues, seat switch faults, and cruise control systems. If you're unsure whether your job falls into this category, get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction.
How much does a diagnostic job cost?
Standard diagnostics start at a minimum rate of $160. More complex diagnostic work is charged at a flat rate of $280, determined by the information gathered during your booking enquiry. If a longer time period is required beyond the standard rate, we'll have that conversation with you before any work goes ahead.
Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?
Yes. A $50 booking deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
