Returns Policy

Our ProSpark team cares about our customers. We are committed to provide you an alternative solution if you are not happy with a product. We will also try to assist you if you have changed your mind about an installation.

Conditions of Return

You may return new, unused, and still originally packaged products in their saleable condition within 30 days after purchase. This process will be at the customer’s expense. You will also have to provide proof of purchase (details of the original invoice) for a full refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, credit or exchange for all products that are custom-made (unless the product is not fit for purpose or faulty). This also applies if you have modified a product or used it in a way other than specified in the product’s instructions.

The processing time for a refund depends on if we have to assess your returned products. Generally, you can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of dispatching the product back to us.

We will notify you via email once we have processed your refund.

Assessment of Returned Products

When returning a faulty product, the ProSpark team may conduct an assessment to determine the cause of the defect. ProSpark reserves the right to send the product to the manufacturer for further assessment.

ProSpark will notify you via email after the assessment has been completed.

Conditions of Warranty

If a purchased product includes a warranty period and you make a claim under warranty, it must be made within the warranty period of the item. You will have to return the product to ProSpark at your expense with a copy of the invoice or invoice number and a fault report that have led to the product issue.

Warranty does not cover the failure or damage of a product due to incorrect application or use, modifications, accidental or intentional damage, or incorrect fitment.

ProSpark reserves the right to repair or replace the defective goods or provide customers with a credit for the invoiced price less any expenses.
